The Space: Welcome to The Spritz, a spacious two story home located in historic downtown Charleston just a few blocks from King Street. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath, this inviting retreat is ideal for groups of up to six guests looking to enjoy comfort, charm, and a prime walkable location!

The home features a private entrance and an open first floor layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The dining table seats eight, while the living room’s high vaulted ceilings create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware plus a large center island with breakfast bar seating, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite features a king bed with luxury linens and a private ensuite bathroom, along with access to a second floor patio overlooking the landscaped backyard. Two guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and luxury linens and share a full bathroom in the hallway.

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, complete with a cozy patio and illuminated palm trees, a peaceful spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Guests have exclusive access to the first and second floors of the home, which is well lit and easy to access.

Off street driveway parking is available to the right of the home. Please note the driveway is narrow and best suited for compact cars. SUVs can fit but may require extra care, and vehicles wider than 83 inches may have difficulty accessing the space.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
