East 44 is a beautifully restored historic home located in the vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. Just steps away, you'll find local favorites like Chubby Fish and Island Provisions, charming boutiques such as The Tiny Tassel and Hermosa Jewelry, and King Street just one block away.

This spacious home offers a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the main floor, along with a full bathroom and laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, custom millwork, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second floor also includes a hallway coffee and wine bar nook, two additional king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ground-floor courtyard perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Great location. Part of a 4 building collection. The only single home. The only hardship was just one parking spot for a 4 BR home. Other than that, the property was in good shape and the patio areas were fantastic.

Construction was not disclosed while booking major project going on so make sure you understand completion date of construction before booking. We did receive 50%refund but they needed to let us know before so we could plan accordingly. Our vacation was not relaxing at all. We could not be in the unit during construction hours even on Saturday because of the pile driver house that shook the entire house. Felt like we were not told until we got to the property was unfair. I would have booked another place. I think they should have refunded entire stay.

Lovely place, adjacent to area with shops & restaurants. Hosts promptly took care of a problem with one of the showers. The only downside was an incredibly loud construction project underway next door during the daytime (7:30 AM - 4 PM), which hosts of course can’t control. Happily they stopped work over the weekend.

This review is more for the management team. I was set to stay in this unit and while we were driving there someone from the team called to tell me that there was significant construction noise and offered us two other options. So we stayed in another unit of theirs down the street which was wonderful. But I was so impressed this management company looked out for us enough to reach out before we ever got there and before we were ever inconvinenced by it. I would absolutely stay with this company again

This property was perfect!!! Very clean, very close to everything. Just what we needed for my husband, myself & our 3 teenage granddaughters. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it. We had no issues so we did not have any reason to contact the property manager.

Great Place

Really enjoyed our stay there while visiting our grandson at the Citadel. Very accommodating for what we needed. Place was very clean and the outside second floor porch was amazing with the cool breeze. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Theres a hopping restaurant that turns into a nightclub at night directly across the street. Little loud at night from music until 1::30 am. Parking was a little tight if you had a large SUV( no way a Suburban size vehicle will fit). Definitely wouldn't be nice to know these two things in description. Other then those two things great place!
