'This is a very old , outdated building that didn't have any maintenance or investments for decades. The so called kitchen is empty, no cutlery, dishes or whatsoever. Bathroom was dirty. Mousse in the building!'

'The hotel looks new and is clean. The staff are warm and friendly, the price represents a good value. There’s a gym and pool on site. The on-site restaurant is disappointing even by hotel standards. My main complaint is that housekeeping cleaned my room only three times during my five-day stay. Very disappointed in that. I see the housecleaning service as essential so I have rated my experience as merely okay overall.'

'This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay '

'Needs a microwave. Zero access to local TV stations but plenty of streaming less well known stations that had little interest to us. Towels were flimsy. '
