'We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok.'

'DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would'

'The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. '
