Magnificent little house located in Drôme Provençale; surrounded by vineyards and lavender 200 meters from the medieval village of Chamaret and 5km from the village of Grignan and its castle which belonged to Madame de Sévigné. Not far from the village of Richerenche; the capital of the Black Truffle and its Winter Truffle market and its museum. The accommodation restored with taste and character (except facade) has a swimming pool and a large plot. This accommodation is ideal for a couple and two children or two couples. Come and discover the many medieval villages; museums; walk the marked paths which will lead you to the heart of the oak forests and across fields. The house is at the end of the municipal road; the rest of the way gives access to a large Farm. Because the accommodation is surrounded by fields and gardens, there is of course at times the presence of farmers who maintain their land. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
