« Magnifique villa! très bien située. »

« The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. They were truly insightful, resourceful and ended up being an extension of our family. »

« The food at Il Forno was excellent! Everyone was friendly and lovely, but they seemed understaffed. The pool area is nice, but the pool is small. Room was cleaned extraordinarily well every day and we were impressed with how quiet the rooms are. The beach area has chairs and umbrellas, but there are two large construction projects going on in the adjoining area, so it’s not as pleasant as it could be if that wasn’t going on. The beach was clean, but it wasn’t as beautiful as the beaches closer...

« Service pas constant. Peu d’information fourni pour les activités à faire au alentours. »

« Premises are fine. What we didn't like is our room: floor had not cleaned properly (lots of sands). TV in the living room did not work. Overall, the room is not in top shape and would need to be refurbished »

« We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The staff were kind, helpful and very responsive, and the communication was excellent. What particulary stood out was how helpful they were when we needed to arrange a taxi for my sister. Even though I was communicating with the hotel remotely, they were very patient and helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. The hotel is also clean, comfortable, and conveniently located,...

« Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

« Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing! »

« Excellent. »

« La chambre était exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la mer, l’aménagement, le beau paysage et l’ambiance. L’attention aux détails, la proximité et les employés chaleureux et professionnel. Comme nous disons en France ; nous avons été traité aux petits oignons. »

« Chambre spacieuse. Hotel tres beau et jardins bien entretenus..Plage de l hotel magnifique avec transsts, serviettes et bouteilles d eau. Personnel à l éoute et tres pro »
