'Un vrai concept ... 7 villas qui ressemblent a des chalets de ski et qui partagent une piscine commune. Les villas sont bien equipees 2 chambres un salon 2 tv une kitchenette une salle de douche avec un sauna . Le tout vue oliveraies et mer. Ca reste surprenant comme ambiance mi chalet mi exotique. 'Even wennen aan de vele trappen, maar een prima huis met een badkamer bij elke slaapkamer. Mooi groot, diep zwembad. Enig minpuntje zijn de harde matrassen en oude dekens. Even naar ikea nieuwe dekbedden en matrassen halen en het huis krijgt dik 5 sterren.'

'Wat een hemelse plek !!! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. 's Morgens wakker worden met zicht op de zee,de bergen en het zwembad, beter kan je je dag niet beginnen. De zee en het strand liggen op 50 meter en meestal ben je er helemaal alleen. Snorkelen in de zee en daarna chillen aan het zwembad, meer moet dat niet zijn. Je kan eveneens gebruik maken van 2 kajaks die er ter beschikking zijn. Het huis is wat afgelegen maar voor ons was dit absoluut geen probleem. Het eiland is zeer...

'Na een vlucht van ruim 3 uur kwamen we aan in het prachtige Athene. Met een huurauto hebben we een mooie rit gemaakt van anderhalf uur. Bij aankomst in het dorp Theologos heeft Nick ons naar de villa begeleid. Het was een warm welkom! De villa is werkelijk prachtig en het uitzicht ook. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en het ontbreekt je aan niets. Heerlijk zwembad waar wij, maar voornamelijk de kinderen, van genoten hebben. Het plaatsje Theologos is klein en naast de vele (prima) restaurants is er niet...

'The villa in Chalkoutsi is a great place to stay. Dorota and George were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen and outdoor area were fully equipped for relaxing and entertaining. The house is a walking distance from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!'

'The house is beautiful, but the view is perfection (one of my friends saw a photo I posted of the view and asked "Is this heaven?"!). Ample room for our party of 10. Main level bedroom was perfect for my parents (both in their late seventies). Comfortable beds (at least the ones in our room - and I didn't hear any other complaints). Having A/C in this record hot summer was very welcome, but we managed to stay cool with the electric fan and the pool a lot of the time. It's just a wonderful...

'Alexandros was a very good host. Hé answered all our questions and more than that. He told us things to do in the neighbourhood and even arranged the PCR tests for the way back. But the house is too far away from the village , restaurants supermarket , so you need a car. The road to the house is very bad because of the flushes in 2020. Also there where many muskitos. When you go for rest its a very nice place'

'Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!'
