'First, the place had tons of charm. A round house on a creek - how cool! Lots of outdoor seating with lots of lush foliage and wildlife. We got to watch a sloth climbing a tree not 200 meters from the house. We didn’t grill out, but the grilling area was awesome and Arthur provided a bag of charcoal to get the party started.Second, and most important, Arthur is a phenomenal communicator. I had people from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. They were extremely glad I was able to get this home for part of their stay in Panama. '

'Hot water for showers, huge washer, beautiful home, amazing views, clean pool, wildlife visable from patio, two feeding stations where birds snacked on bananas, trails around to hike, most hikes are very steep. The road getting there is steep and lots of potholes, but really worth it all. Kids lived the location.'
