'We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in the junior suite, the area where the hotel is locates is good and looks safe. The looks of the hotel is great and has good facilities. The breakfast is the cherry on the pie, it offers you all you want for all tastes and ages. The hotel staff in general is friendly and helpful (with exception of a front-desk guy), Jose (bellboy) and Adriana from front-desk really deserve a medal for their outstanding customer focus!'

'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

'The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also the cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly. So the rooms are basicly perfect. The staff at reception had trouble speaking English and therfore provided me not much help when I asked. I had to put in a lot of effort to get what I needed. Didn't feel service oriented (but I also dont think normally a lot of English speaking guests are present). 'Great hotel and isolated from all the bus hassle. Parking is available! Hotel must improve on placing sand anti-slip stickers on shower floors. I almost fell.
