'This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage.'

'We were in town for our son's wedding and this rental worked perfectly for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are doing things on the east side of town and also has easy access to the interstate making getting into the heart of Columbia very easy. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed but the owners were very responsive.'

Overall inside and grounds cleanliness couldn't have been better. Plenty of parking.
