'I stayed here while trying to save my company money while attending a conference. The room was a single room with a king bed and a shower, desk, mini fridge, and place for clothes. If you are looking for a glamorous hotel with lots of amenities this is not the place for you, but if you plan on being in the room only really for sleeping, then this place is perfect and cheap compared to other places in the Gaslamp Quarter.'

'We visited on July 19th, and stayed in room 1684. The view was excellent. The Westgate Hotel is centrally located, and was within walking distance to the Gaslamp district which was great. Underground parking with an excellent valet staff who were both very friendly and helpful. The main lobby was very nice and the third floor rooftop pool was excellent.
