'I surprised my two friends with this getaway. They knew we were going somewhere, that was all. Two and a half hours later, I pulled up to this property, pretending I was lost and needing gps. 'House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working.'

'Everything was great! More than enough room and great amenities for kids and the 6 adults that met at the house. The yard and hot tub were fantastic! I just wish there was a map or directions on how to get to the waterfall and pond. We were not sure if we could go through the gate to get to them.'

The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished.
