'The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.'

'This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. 'Kamer was schoon. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Kamers zijn niet gehorig, je kan dus rustig slapen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitzicht op wolkenkrabbers (op korte afstand).'

'Fantastich hotel. Echte ouderwetse service: liftbedienden, portiers, alles zeer klantgericht. Hotel licht op een fantastische locatie, direct aan Central Park op 5th Avenue. Super!!!'
