Resort à Centre de l'Idaho

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « The first few days were not the best. The breakfast was pretty much empty of anything hot at 8:30am for a couple of days. The hot tub did not work the second night we were there, but was fixed after that. The fan in our bathroom did not work and when asked for a room clean they did not show up. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. Wish there was a fan in the main bedroom since if you closed the door to the other room no air could come into the main room.
