'The room was beautiful and quiet and the coffee espresso pods were delicious. Don’t understand why hotel bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans? The art was outstanding. We had brunch and it was good. Didn’t know about the rooftop pool. Staff could be a little more helpful with providing an overview of the amenities and they didn’t offer the WiFi password with. Super classy place and a great location.'

'The ambiance and atmosphere of this hotel is second to none. Amazing Michelin rated restaurants such as Nami and Bacán are right on property. The staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are beautiful and technological, including a great Toto smart toilet. I will definitely return to this hotel.'
