'Excellent mix of charm and affordability, with a great location and friendly staff!'

'The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. 'Amazingly beautiful place with exceptional views.'

'Beautiful property on Messalonskee Lake decorated very nice 3 bedrooms each with a mini split for heat/ac. Main area very open is lacking counter space. No stove but a very nice outside flat grill under a lanai for cooking. Host cleaned towels mid week and returned same day. Views of the lake are amazing and a nice fire pit for evening s’mores. Definitely recommend this property.'

'Last minute stay, great experience. Loved the employee of the year!'
