'If you love historic places and beautiful architecture, then this is the place for you!!! The hot tub is awesome! There is a shopping mall downstairs! You MUST go to Mamoo’s Ice Cream in the downstairs shopping area. They make HANDMADE ice cream!!! I got some every night it was that good! You can walk to almost anything you want, a brewery, bathhouse row, the Ohio Club, and tons of shopping. This is our favorite place! We stay here every time we come to Hot Springs!!!'

'The property is fine, the rooms are a little old. However, the convenience of the shuttle is worth its weight in gold. The staff is OUSTANDING!! They are kind, helpful and willing to help take you or pick you up at the hospital at any time. I would highly recommend this hotel if you had to go to the hospital every day.'
