'The Hotel Bystricka is a bit out of the way, but it is a terrific hotel, so if you are in the area, choose this one. You need a car. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and quiet, and the restaurant is good. This last bit is important, because there are few nearby dining options, grocery stores, or cafes. At the end of a tiring day, sitting down to a decent meal really matters. I hope to stay here again if I get the chance.'

'I booked the (cheapest) hotel room for a layover night for a multi-day trip by car. The room was dated but the bed felt good and the bathroom was clean. However when I was about to go to sleep it turned out there were no curtains so it was impossible to block the sunlight. When I raised the issue to the staff member at the desk she contacted the manager, after which I got the answer that not all rooms have curtains but it's possible to have an upgrade to the superior room for a 20 euros surplus,...
