'This property was below standard for the amount charged. Had a few maintenance issues that had not been attended to. There are probably other venues that are of better standard. Will not be staying again.'

'Was very impressed with the property for the price. Had everything that you could imagine there’s nothing. I don’t think that was not there. It had everything for the price and was very very impressed. It was a very homely environment. I was like your own.'

'My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host.
Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors.
A great space and location to get away from it all.'
