'We arrived in Bourke late, I was trying to book a room for that night and thought I had secured accommodation only to discover the booking had accepted a week later not the night I needed, I was assisting a disabled double amputee, we went to the accommodation only to be told they were fully booked, this poor disabled man had to sleep in the car, and then we discover that your company and the accommodation place don't do refunds, this 200 dollars was out of his disability pension, no refund is...

'What a little gem Hill End Lodge was. We arrived late at night - cold and tired. John welcomed us warmly and Sue and Laura cooked up a storm for us. The place was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Cabin was set in the most beautiful surroundings and cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thanks all.
