'The house is very old and cool. There is a lot of history available to read. The parking is on the street in front but feels safe. The advertisement says that breakfast is offered, but that is very misleading. There are two creal options and a loaf of bread put out. '

'The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have water bottles in the room fridge and snacks downstairs. Our breakfast (that they made for us to take because we left early in the morning), was wonderful!'

'We absolutely loved our stay!! It is a wonderful place to stay if you have a student at CU Boulder. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to go visit them, OR you can stay in the most adorable room with a fireplace, with wine and cheese complementary in the evening and breakfast casserole, granola, fruit, coffee and tea complementary for breakfast.
