'We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. 'We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Our daughter spend many hours in the pool. It was good that we took the pool heating option else i think it would have been to cold to play for so long in the pool. The furniture at the pool (beds) is old and could have been refreshed. The other furniture is basic but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and overall it had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A BBQ would be a good option to add for next guests.
