« Pool area Meg Taylor to be desired. Little things like holes on walls, and upkeep of building were less than impressive »

« Room could have been cleaner. Carpets needed to be vacuumed. Hot tub was closed down. Shuttle driver could have been more helpful with loading suitcases. Location to airport was very convenient. »

« My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport. »

« Welcoming staff. Cheap but correct for the price. Good location The room was not cleaning, hairs and pubic hairs on the toilet. The room is very noisy, looks like i live with the neighbors upstairs »

« Nice clean hotel at a very high price point for the area. The workout center was closed. The sound insulation in the rooms is not very effective. Expedia rooms are adequate but definitely not the desirable locations or as well appointed as other rooms. »

« Beautiful hotel with clean, pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quite a few items were not available - yogurt, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter. Hotel is fairly remote from other businesses and not within walking distance of restaurants. »

« I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids. »

« I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. « Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...
