'It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. '

'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

'This place was exactly what we needed for the week. Spacious, clean, and with a great view. We took our boat and docked it right there at the house which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The game room kept us entertained on a rainy day we had. There's were also yard games etc. Just a great place! Beautiful view of downtown Swansboro from deck and backyard. Convenient to everything. We are big golfers, and after a day on the course and/or the driving...

'We had the best stay! Clean and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The beds downstairs were so comfortable (we didn’t use the loft). It had everything we needed; towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, etc. which made our travels easy. It is conveniently located to Havelock, Morehead City, and Newport. '

'Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. '

'It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. The cappuccino machine was amazing and I really enjoyed the opportunity to use it. Haylee has all the Basic Essentials that you need. We really enjoyed the crab...

'The size of the home inside and out was very spacious. We had 6 people total and no one bumped into each orher.sitting area out back in gated yard was very nice. We spent most of the time there qhen webwerebt at the beach. Rooms very nice bed sizes great, streaming options nice, very comfortable living room and big kitchen. Back yard very spacious our 2 dogs loved it and had a blast plenty of room to play and run around. I wouls highly reccomend people vacation here. If we are wver in area agian...
