The open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, accented by coastal décor and large sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light. Relax with your favorite shows on the large smart TV or simply enjoy the serene waterfront setting.

Step out onto your private balcony, complete with comfortable seating—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or soaking in the peaceful harbor views.

Located just minutes from downtown Cedar Key, Flamingo House offers both privacy and convenience. Covered interior staircases and walkways provide easy access throughout the property. Private parking is available, and accommodations can be made for a small boat.

Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions and amenity information prior to check-in, and the McCormick Management team is available throughout your stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Set in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island community places you within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and attractions. Enjoy the island’s laid-back atmosphere, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are also available for easy exploration.

Cedar Key is highly walkable, making it easy to enjoy the island at your own pace.

Please note: This property does not allow pets.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
