« Exceeded our expectations in every way. Spent a whole day exploring the 10 acre estate and the surrounding properties at a leisurely pace and just family, no crowds!! Yet we were close enough to see Zion and Bryce with a short drive. The idea of being off grid fascinated me but all the comforts of home were still available. The Host were very knowledgeable about the area and shared information/ideas as asked. They wanted us to relax, recharge and enjoy their part of the world and we did. Thanks »

« Our family of 14 traveled from Texas to Utah to hike in Zion, June 2025. Ages 12-84. Location: The house is between Kanab and Springdale, approximately 40 minutes away from Zion visitor center.Weather: We left the house each morning by 6:30am to arrive by 7:10 to ensure we had a parking spot at the visitor center. Because we hiked in the early part of the day, the morning air is fresh at around 55*F. In the afternoon it gets hot, 100*F but no humidity.Internet: meh; not great but we didn't come...

« This house is the most unique place we've ever stayed and everyone loved it. I think it must have been an old bed and breakfast because every room has a number on the door plus every room has its own bathroom attached. It can fit a very large group, but there's so many different spaces in the home to hang out that you don't feel crowded at all. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it! »

« The booking process was super easy and fast. The property is a time share and super convenient to the Brian Head Navajo ski lodge. A quick 5 min walk. I pushed my baby in a stroller back and forth from our room to the ski lifts to watch my husband and 5 year old ski. And the timeshare is literally across the street from the only store in Brian Head! Super convenient if you needed to buy something. The room was nice. My only complaint was it was dusty. So I felt like it wasn’t super clean. But...
