'事前にエクスペディアのメッセージ機能を使って息子が誕生日ということを伝えた。部屋に入ると風船やぬいぐるみ、ケーキやお菓子が可愛く飾られていてとても嬉しかった。 何個か質問があり問い合わせたところメッセージの返信も丁寧に返ってきた。 ０歳と3歳の子どもがいたのでベビーベッドをリクエストしていたが、補助便座、手洗い用の踏み台、ベビーベット、ミルク用の洗浄機、ベビーバスなどあらゆるものが準備されていた。 部屋で過ごしていたら何か必要なアメニティはある？と聞きに回ってくれていた。 無料の未就園児の遊び場もあって良かった。 子ども用のプールが濁っていた。 部屋のバスタブのお湯は熱くてとてもよかった。 プールは狭いなと感じたが、 子どもの遊び場がコンパクトなので 子供を見失わないので良かった。 チェックアウト後も２１時まで ジムが空いていてそこで シャワーを借りることができ とてもよかった。'

'I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. Also, please include toilet papers in your amenities and always put two bathroom towels as your rooms are good for two people. 'The property is very clean and kept nice and cool for the warmer months. The bar location is very visible upon entry with helpful bar staffing. Cannot complain about the professional staffing. will continue to stay at this hotel when in Cebu City'
