'Seamless check-in. We were provided ample supply of drinking water. Beddings and towels are clean and smells great! Place is clean and spacious. I Highly recommended unit 606. Room for improvement : Fitness center-all the treadmills during our stay was under maintenance . There should be a treadmill available each day. 'Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

'Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.'

'First let me start by saying Joaralyn was a great host. She made check-in and out very easy for us. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, warm and inviting. It also over looked the pool which we enjoyed using almost everyday. It is perfectly located, with grocery stores, coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distances. 'We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. '
