« 5’s !! Beautiful property. Quiet, majestic and relaxing. Clean, new and easy to get to from Tennis Ctr @ Berry College. Restaurants are a short drive away (10-15 mins). Stayed with my tennis teammates and we had a great time. Host responded immediately every time we had questions. »

« The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well cared for. Parking and turning around were tricky if you had multiple vehicles. »

« Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The back porch is in need of a deep clean and the furniture could use new cushions. One swivel chair is completely broken and you’ll fall through if you sit in it. The pots and pans all need to be replaced (they did bring us 2 while we were there). There are several poison ivy/oak plants in the yard ( they did come a clip them) so be careful because they will grow back. The location is great, the dock is great and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host is quick. »

« This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »
