'This hotel is a standard, clean, well-maintained, motel-style hotel. For an affordable quick trip to Mammoth Caves for a couple of nights, this is a great little basic place to stay. If you are looking for luxury, or even a somewhat luxurious hotel, this is not that place. If you are looking for a safe, affordable, clean and friendly place to spend the night while traveling, then this place is definitely nicer than most in that category. 'Overall, our stay was good. Rooms were serviced every other day but the only thing changed at those times was new towels and washcloths. The bed linens were never changed and floors, counters and sinks weren’t cleaned. '

'Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them.
