We have put a lot of ourselves into the renovation of this house and hope that it will be, for you, a place of reunion and conviviality with your family and friends.

Superb villa nestled in one of the greenest and quietest areas of Cavalaire, less than 2km from the beach. It has all the comfort and services necessary for you to have an excellent vacation (air conditioning, heated swimming pool, WIFI). Facing south, you will benefit from optimum sunshine. From the double living room, you will have direct access to a fully furnished 80m² terrace. You can have lunch there sheltered from the heat under the arbor and relax on the sun loungers or on the outdoor sofa. The infinity pool overlooks the hill and overlooks the sea (removable protective net completely securing the pool). At the back of the house, you can relax while reading in the shade of the arbutus trees or enjoy the pétanque court. In the house, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom. Two of them overlook the swimming pool and have a sea view. A 3rd bedroom overlooks the side of the house and the one dedicated to children is in the dovecote (upstairs). All the bedding is quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

The obligatory cleaning fee (€250 including tax) and if you wish, the rental of household linen (€30 per person per week) must be paid in addition to the rental amount to the person responsible for welcoming you on site. (see details in the equipment note tab).
