« Everybody had a wonderful time! The unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for four friends to spend a girls weekend! The location couldn’t have been better with an ice cream shop right next-door, pizza across the street and easy beach access onto the boardwalk just steps away! A bonus was the unit coming with two beach passes! Karl was amazing to work with. Any questions we had, he replied right away and we appreciated the late check out time on Sunday. Will definitely be back and recommend...

« We had an awesome time during our stay in Seaside. The house is exactly as described/pictured and couldn't be any more convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and places to eat on the boulevard. We requested an earlier check in, which was easily accommodated by Rose, and the house was spotless. « This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Such a great location! Block and a half from the beach/boardwalk, 2 blocks from a water park, and a short walk to the pier. Got there on Wednesday night and headed straight to the boardwalk for some fireworks (they have them every Wed night). Thursday we hung at the beach all day and came back to the condo for afternoon snacks and happy hour on the rooftop deck. The wind was crazy and the deck umbrella inverted!!
