Cathedral City has a strict noise ordinance in place for all vacation rentals stating that there is no outdoor amplified music allowed at any time and quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. They are very strict with the enforcement of this ordinance and we ask that all guests agree to obey these rules prior to booking We want to ensure guests have an enjoyable vacation but that our neighbors privacy and enjoyment of their property is also respected. This home sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, each detailed with colorful accent walls and appointed with hotel-quality linens. Two full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
In the master suite, you’ll find a stately king bed with an upholstered headboard as well as a 40” TV and direct access to the pool area. The expansive en-suite bathroom has a huge walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.
A second bedroom provides a pair of twin beds and a 40" flat screen TV, while two more bedrooms each have a queen bed. These rooms share a guest bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
