Hotels in de buurt van Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart (Newark)

'We stayed at the hotel last week. Despite previous reviews, we experienced our stay as very pleasant, both the hotel and the surroundings met our expectations. The hotel is a great base for the Prudential Center and for NYC!'

'This was a very pleasant stay! Property is well maintained and clean. Staff was top notch!'

'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '

'It was okay not like advertised, the shower handle was loose, the tissue holder was loose, I booked and paid for a suit and my room looked nothing like the picture, when checking in i asked did i get a suit she said yes it have fridge and microwave.... the view was not like the picture. My riverview was a view of the rusted end part of the bridge where the filthy water meets. When walking in we were not greeted until they realized we were a guest. Otherwise from that it was okay.'

'This was the most terrible place I ever seen verie ghetto in the hood front door wide, open people could come in and go as they please, no security or surveillance.I had no key for my room.It was a shared space which they didn't say in the beginning run , when you see the name of this motel'

'Terrible'

'I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.'

'Tastefully decorated, charming, and impeccably maintained. If you had told me that this hotel just opened, I would believe it - there are no signs of wear and tear, and the place is spotlessness. There was a little bit of noise from traffic outside, but it is hard to imagine any place in north Jersey where this wouldn't be the case. All in all, I'd have to say that this place is a gem.'

'There was free parking onsite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good.'

'Breakfast choices were limited'

'Rooms r clean , staff is very helpful and hospitable, good complimentary breakfast and love the fact they run a shuttle back and forth to Giants stadium, highly recommend !!'

'Fantastisch hotel. Zeer behulpzame medewerkers. Een zorgeloze beleving. '

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hotel heeft echt een update nodig. Ontbijt slecht; geen variatie, beperkt, alles ongezond. Je mist vers fruit, melkproducten, vers sap. Lunch en diner slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.'

'Though it was a brief stay but the staff were really awesome. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was not bad at all. We did not sit to eat, we just grabbed some but it was really clean and well organized.'
