The apartment is composed of a living area with parquet, spacious enough where there is a study area with a secretary and a sofa that easily becomes a queen size bed, 32 "wall-mounted TV, large wardrobe in style and a 12000 air conditioning btu. Adjacent you have a small kitchen with table and chairs, stocked with crockery and the necessary cooking base. Bathroom with with large shower tray. Mezzanine with high roof and windowed where there is a bedroom with a double bed, also with air conditioning.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer and wi-fi connection
Three sets of soft towels and of course sheets will be made available to each guest.
The apartment is located in a very central area of the city a few meters from the train station and buses and a few hundred meters from the central Via Etnea, from the famous and very popular Piazza Vincenzo Bellini (or maximum theater as we call it Catania) from the elephant square or the Piazza del Duomo and the University square, and from the Port.
Behind the building you will also find a large car park for those who come by car, even if there is no difficulty in parking near the house.
