« Très bel hôtel éloigné du centre ville qui est en travaux . Endroit très calme où se reposer après une belle journée de croisière dans la baie de lan ha. Personnel très à l'écoute et surtout très professionnel. Les chambres sont belles et très propres. Le coin piscine est un gros plus. Merci a toute l'équipe. »

The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! « Un des très rares hôtels avec un jardin et une piscine sur Cat Ba. Des petits bungalows autour, situé sur la baie de toutes les festivités. Le réceptionniste est très agréable. À mon ami qui avait oublié sa sacoche dans un bus dont il avait arrangé le trajet, il a trouvé le portable du chauffeur et l’adresse du stationnement du bus a l’arrivée : il a retrouvé toutes ses affaires ! Merci »

« It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good. It's not fancy modern hotel but clean enough, good view, good location, with very kind staffs and...

« Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2. »

"Très bon séjour au sein de ce bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la baie ainsi que sur le golf. Mention spéciale à Simon pour ses services et sa disponibilité ainsi qu'à Hoang thi Thuan. Seul bémols, indépendant de l'hôtel: comportement honteux de la part du personnel du golf. Personnel très désagréable et prix exorbitant pour les étrangers. "

We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey! What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well one morning, and they kindly offered to replace my usual breakfast with a comforting soup to help me recover. They even acted as an intermediary between our travel agency and a bus company to help us resolve a booking issue. The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to everything. We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and outstanding service! "
