'When entering this place one gets the feel of a botanic garden. It's stuffed full with plants. I think this is kinda nice, it does remove precious space...it's all very tiny. At the same time it ads to cuteness. The host was really nice, i can only assume his English is as good as his motherlanguage. Very kind person. He gave us a nice tour. I rented the place on the ground floor to the right. It has plenty of space and lots and lots of books and artwork...African style. Beautiful. The...

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. '
