Unit Layout

You will be staying in a beautiful villa that boasts 9 rooms and covers an area of 300 square meters spread out over 3 levels. The villa is fully renovated and furnished with taste and elegance throughout. The large living room features a double sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen) and leads out to the garden and loggia. The open dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and also leads out to the garden.

There are 2 rooms on the ground floor: one with 1 bed and 1 double bed, and a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. The other room is a double bedroom with a shower and bidet/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with 6 hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine and leads out to the garden.

On the upper floor, there is a lounge area that also leads out to the garden and loggia. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own shower/bidet/WC. On the 2nd upper floor, there is another double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC.
