Villa Fedes Sant'Elmo is located in the homonymous area of Sant'Elmo beach. Beautiful stone construction reflects the Sardinian architectural style of the house with the central courtyard (or loggia) with rooms around the courtyard itself. Large garden with outdoor shower, green lawn planted with Mediterranean vegetation, bougainvillea in intense fuchsia colors. The house is built on a single level and consists of the living area with kitchen, living room and guest bathroom, on the other side the 2 bedrooms, master bedroom and double which if desired can become a master bedroom and the bathroom with shower.



The location: Villa Fedes is located in an exclusive holiday home residence with access only to village guests as you enter with the opening of automatic gates that only the owners can open. Nearby supermarket open from June to October, bar-café, restaurant and pizzeria. For entertainment in addition to water sports it has various tennis courts. The Fedes house is equipped with private parking inside the residence like all other houses. The residence is very quiet due to the fact that all parking is outside the villa complex so that pedestrian circulation and the tranquility of vacationers is truly of high quality.
