The property features 3 accommodation units, all located on the first floor of the rustic building.

The first unit features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. A king-size bed is located on an open mezzanine, and the unit also includes a bathroom with a window and shower.

The second unit welcomes you into a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, featuring a double bed on a mezzanine, a coffee corner and a bathroom with shower.

The third unit consists of two separate living areas and features a double bed and a single armchair bed suitable for a child, a coffee corner, a refrigerator, a double sofa bed in the private living room and a bathroom with shower.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests also have access to TVs, Wi-Fi and a laundry room with a utility sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Private parking is available for 2 small/medium-sized cars, with a narrow entrance. Free public parking is also available just 50 metres away.



Located in the historic centre of Castelnuovo del Garda, just a few minutes from Gardaland, Caneva and scenic cycling and food-and-wine routes, Corte Monteleone is the perfect retreat after a day spent exploring nature, culture and entertainment.

Within walking distance, guests will find a pastry shop, a takeaway pizzeria, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops and a pharmacy.

The final price consists of:

- RENTAL FEE: Paid directly to the property owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts.

- GUEST SERVICES: Provided by Regarda Travel to the guest, including check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, complimentary toiletries, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, the commission paid by the host to the booking platform, correspondence and other related services.
