It is composed on the ground floor of a large and bright living area with a comfortable sofa located in front of a fireplace and a TV, a kitchen equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.

The upper floor consists of a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms which, both facing the front of the house, are kissed by the sun in the morning.
