'the house is lovely: lots of character, nice big kitchen and lots of bedrooms. Also the outdoor facilities are charming : big pool and beautiful garden. But the house is situated near a very busy SS-road, day and night traffic noise. The occupants of the bedrooms in the "tower"definitely needed earplugs to sleep.... Still we had a wonderful week, Mottola is a charming city with good and affordable restaurants.'

'The third time we stayed in this fantastic accomodation. The location is great (close to Pisticci, even closer to a supermarket, beach within easy reach) and the house itself is super comfortable. It has a charming rural design, one bedroom in the main house, two other bedrooms in seperate units. Great garden with lovely big table under a large sun roof.'

'Gastgeberin sehr nett. Check in war ca. 3 Stunden früher möglich. Vor Ort keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. 1 €/h Parkkosten zwischen 08:30-20:30 Uhr. Wohnung ist gepflegt und liegt in der Seitenstrasse der Einkaufsmeile, welche. Das Internet hat sporadisch nicht funktioniert. Mit der Hauselektrik scheint es ein Problem zu geben. Mehrere Verbraucher gleichzeitig führen zum Stromausfall. Mann muss dann in den Hauseingangsbereich und den Strom wieder anzustellen. Musste ich jeden Tag ca. 2x...

'Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna.'

'Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets.'

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

'Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.'

'What a delightful gem! The views from the terrace were lovely. The interior of the home was stylish and cozy. It was clean, plenty of cookware and dishes. All appliances worked. Helpful hint: Follow the pin that is sent by the hosts. We didn’t do that at first and had to backtrack a bit. '

'Owner was a nice man. Check-in and check out was very easy. Advertisement needs to be adjusted in regards to beds. Number of sleeping places is correct, but its 3 doubles, a single (instead of twin) and aan outbuilding with a double bed. Not a problem if your couples, but if its just friends, prepare to get cosy with each other. Main room only has 1 couch (as showed on pictures) so prepare to drag in the garden furniture for extra seating on cold nights, if you are more than 3 people.'
