Motels in Casco Bay Islands

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie en mochten zelfs een upgrade ontvangen naar een kamer met balkon met uitzicht op zee. Het gebouw heeft wel achterstallig onderhoud. Gratis koffie en er is ook een restaurant.'

'Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

'clean room: yes, odd smell upon entering the room, the walk-in bathroom setup was very helpful, including the shower chairs, bars, etc. the bed was comfortable though the tall height of the bed made it difficult to get in bed comfortably/easily. the staff: the man who checked me in was helpful, the woman in the morning did not understand me when I asked to add another night; and called several times to try to understand what I wanted. Parking: the parking lot was ok; but getting into the...

'#1 Not that it’s a big deal, but smoking cigarettes/flower wasn’t allowed. I don’t smoke much myself personally but I’m sure that policy turns off alot of ppl that just want to go outside the hotel room to smoke. #2 The room was full of bugs, and overall not the cleanest room. Their was a lady bug infestation in my room. #3 The ppl in the room next to me were making constant love all night so I barely slept (can happen at any hotel, but they must be seasoned guests). The main complaint was the...

'The pictures online are deceiving. The rooms are tiny and so is the bathroom. Your knees are against the wall when you sit on the toilet. And I say that at only 5ft tall. There is not a microwave and fridge in each room. There is one of each in the office only, and is a shared space for all guests. That said, the room was clean and the host was very kind. The motel is an easy walk to restaurants, etc in the heart of boothbay harbor. If you are only sleeping there after a long day of exploring,...

'Great stay for my grandsons and I.'
