She loves her patrons and gives great suggestions for restaurants and cities to visit.Unique in that there is a huge yard and apple olive and grapes.quite serene but only a few km from grocery stores and restaurants. 'Sarah was very kind, offered us a drink as soon as we arrived. Because Expedia made a mistake, they gave us a bedroom with only one bed, but we booked a room with separate beds. Sarah immediately resolved our problem perfectly to our satisfaction. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. '

'Ho recentemente soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte con la mia famiglia. La piccola città di Foligno dista pochi Km da altri borghi caratteristici da visitare in brevi gite giornaliere. La struttura è situata in un’area residenziale molto tranquilla, a metà tra il centro cittadino e un’area più periferica dove sorgono punti di ristoro e un grosso supermercato. La struttura è completamente nuova, con soluzioni di arredo molto eleganti e qualche “sfizio” tecnologico nelle camere. Si vede...

'Esperienza positivissima, ci ha accolto il signore della Villa estremamente cordiale e servizievole. La Villa è molto curata e pulita, la camera doppia stupenda, dotata di tutti i comfort e bagno ottimo. La colazione fantastica con il signore gentilissimo che ci ha offerto cornetti e dolci tipici umbri: ci ha accolto davvero bene. Il signore ci ha anche fatto carico di consigli sui luoghi da vedere nelle vicinanze. Da tornarci assolutamente. '

'Agriturismo in bella posizione sulle colline intorno a Terni. Buoni i servizi con la piscina, sdraio e ombrellone. La posizione in collina in mezzo al verde assicura un weekend o una vacanza molto tranquilla e rilassante. Colazione con prodotti locali.'

'i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday.
