« Everything is good here, except the water. Don't know why the water seems to have some kind of slippery substance in it, making washing anything, or just merely taking a shower... quite interesting! Other than that, nothing to complain about. Excellent place to stay, very serene, very peaceful place to just be off grid! »

« My bed had dog hair on it, a stain and the tv did not work. I had to change rooms and did not get reimbursed for my room. »

« Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there. »

« #1 Southern Oregon is footsteps away. We were at the tour start stop withing a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean and included a good sized mini fridge, A K-cup machine and assorted PODS. More PODS were available in the office. The pool was clean and there were chairs and towels located at the pool. Ice machine worked great. We had breakfast two days. On both days there were juices, coffee, yogurts. muffins, bread/bagel selection, butter/cream cheese/jam, make your own waffles with and stuff...

« There was no clean towels and had to ask for them a couple of times, the floor was filthy, there was leftovers in the frig, there was no ice and no telephone in the room to reach them when there was a party of teenager drinking and fighting with their mom there. We did call the non emergency Ashland phone number and they were amazing. They came right out and took care of the issue and the room was emptied. We won't be staying there again. »

« Pretty dirty was run down. The owner stays on the property but looks homeless. He is nice but super sketchy. He cleans the rooms. Goes through the trash cans just all over weird. I wouldn’t take kids here it was super unsafe. Not worth the money »

« Was there to pick up my daughter from SOU. Location is good. Place is clean, though nothing special. Fine for an overnight stay with no plans to do anything in the room except sleep. »
