Sienna Grove was designed to make every area feel open, comfortable and inviting. The living room, dining area and kitchen flow together into one bright social space where large windows and two balconies fill the apartment with natural light throughout the day. Whether you`re sharing a meal, relaxing after exploring Cartagena or simply enjoying the breeze, the layout encourages everyone to spend time together.

One of the balconies serves as a spacious terrace, perfect for starting the morning with a cup of coffee, reading a book or ending the day while taking in the views. From the 21st floor you`ll enjoy an open panorama of the Caribbean, Crespo and the surrounding cityscape, offering a different atmosphere from sunrise to sunset.

The primary bedroom features a double bed and air conditioning for a comfortable night`s sleep. The second bedroom includes one single bed and one pull-out bed, while the third offers one full-size bed and one pull-out bed, both equipped with ceiling fans. Together, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to seven guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, cookware, utensils and a complete dining set. You`ll also have access to a Smart TV in the living room, a washing machine and 900 Mbps Tigo Wi-Fi, making the apartment ideal for both leisure and remote work.

You`ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Nothing inside the apartment is shared with other guests, allowing you to enjoy the space as your home while visiting Cartagena.

Guests may also enjoy the building`s shared amenities, including the swimming pool, gym and soccer field, while following the building`s schedules and community guidelines. Please note that the social event rooms are reserved for residents and are not available for guest use.

Access to the building requires prior registration at reception, an important security measure for both residents and visitors. Once registered, you`ll enter the apartment using a smart lock. During your stay, you`ll also receive an access card that operates the building entrance and the apartment`s energy control system.

Before arrival, we`ll send detailed check-in instructions so your arrival is smooth and stress-free.

We believe the best stays combine independence with attentive support. From the moment your reservation is confirmed, we`re available to answer questions, provide local recommendations and help you prepare for a smooth arrival.

Before check-in, you`ll receive everything you need, including registration instructions, access details, transportation recommendations, building information and shared amenity schedules. Our goal is for you to arrive fully informed, making your check-in as easy as possible.

Shortly after your arrival, we`ll check in with you to make sure everything is working properly and that you`ve settled in comfortably. If you need assistance at any time during your stay, you can reach us through the booking platform or the authorized communication channel shared before arrival.

We also respect your privacy. We do not enter the apartment during your stay unless you specifically request assistance or an exceptional situation requires it.

We want your stay to be comfortable, relaxing and free of surprises. That`s why we believe in being completely transparent before you book.

Sienna Grove is located in Torices, a residential neighborhood with convenient access to Cartagena`s main attractions. Within minutes you can reach Rafael Núñez International Airport, the Historic Center, Getsemaní, San Felipe Castle and Marbella Beach. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, local restaurants and tour agencies are all within walking distance from the building.

As the neighborhood continues to grow, you may occasionally hear construction activity during daytime hours. Evenings are generally quieter since the area is primarily residential. For added convenience and predictable fares, we recommend using ride-hailing apps such as Uber, DiDi or InDrive, especially at night.

To provide a peaceful experience for both guests and residents, only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed to enter the building and apartment. Visitors, parties, social gatherings and events are not permitted.

The apartment is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balconies or in any of the building`s shared areas. If this is important for your trip, we encourage you to consider it before booking.

Pets are not permitted due to building policies and to help preserve the apartment for future guests.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans that provide comfortable airflow.

For security purposes, a camera is installed only at the apartment entrance, monitoring the access door. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in any private areas.

Please note that the building does not provide guest parking. If needed, we`ll be happy to recommend nearby private parking options.

These guidelines are not intended to limit your experience—they help ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable stay for everyone. Before your arrival, we`ll share this information again along with your check-in instructions, and we`re always happy to answer any questions.

House Rules
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter.
- Visitors are not permitted, even if they are not staying overnight.
- Parties, celebrations, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balconies or in any shared areas of the building.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of the furniture, décor, linens, towels and all apartment amenities.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances before leaving the apartment.
- Do not remove towels, bedding, kitchenware, remote controls, access cards or any apartment items.
- Please do not move large furniture or decorative items without prior authorization.
- Any damage caused during the stay must be reported and may result in repair or replacement charges.

Building Rules

- All guests must complete the mandatory registration process before check-in.
- A valid government-issued ID may be required by building management upon arrival.
- Access wristbands must be worn throughout your stay when using the building and common areas.
- Please follow the schedules and regulations established for the swimming pool, gym and soccer field.
- Social event rooms are reserved for residents and are not available to guests.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Any fines issued by the building administration due to rule violations will be the responsibility of the guest.
- The building has security cameras in common areas.
- The apartment also has a camera located only at the entrance, facing the access door. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in private spaces.

At MG Design & Stays, we are committed to providing every guest with a safe, peaceful and respectful experience. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the apartment rules, the building regulations and the policies of the booking platform throughout your stay.

Failure to comply with these rules may result, depending on the severity of the violation, in warnings, charges for damages, specialized cleaning, replacement costs, penalties of up to USD 200, immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and/or the incident being reported to the booking platform or the appropriate authorities when applicable. Any fines imposed by the building administration as a result of a guest`s actions will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

The following are considered serious violations, among others:

- Allowing unauthorized visitors into the apartment or building.
- Hosting parties, gatherings or events.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
- Smoking inside the apartment, on the balconies or in any prohibited area.
- Bringing pets without authorization.
- Using, storing or distributing illegal substances.
- Engaging in activities related to sexual tourism, sexual exploitation or any unlawful conduct.
- Creating excessive noise or disturbing residents and other guests.
- Tampering with or disabling security devices, including the smart lock, security camera or energy control system.
- Causing damage to the apartment, its furnishings, equipment or the building`s common areas.
- Violating any building regulation that results in penalties for the apartment or its owner.

Our goal is not to impose penalties, but to protect a high-quality experience for all guests, preserve the property and maintain a respectful relationship with the building community.
