Outside, a large, secure swimming pool surrounded by furnished terraces with awnings and garden furniture invites you to relax. The 3,700 m² landscaped park, with no overlooking neighbors, ensures peace and privacy.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a bright living area thanks to large bay windows overlooking the pool. This space includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a TV lounge, and a small office corner. The kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals.

A hallway leads to:

3 bedrooms with storage, each with a double bed (160 cm),

1 bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower,

a utility/laundry room,

a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing with a sofa serves as a reading or play area and leads to:

1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and dressing room,

1 bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet.

All bedding is of very high quality.

The living room and dining area feature electric blinds, and the kitchen’s bay window is also fitted with an electric mosquito screen.

For a light and worry-free stay, beds are made upon arrival, and towels and household linen are provided.
