« Family of two with four kids. The welcome instructions stated that the warm water would last for 30 minutes. When each of us took a shower for five minutes or less the last one didn’t have enough warm water. it is very disappointing coming back after a ski day and not being able to have a decent shower at the end of the day. We found hair on the beds, and the linens and pillow covers had a noticeable smell that made it seem like they had not been washed or changed before the property was rented to us, so we chose not to use them.
