'The hotel has a nice look making you feel like you're in a bit of a oasis. The surrounding city completely disappears because of it. Staff was friendly but a bit unprofessional. Paying on arrival, only for them to discover Expedia also already made the transaction - So I paid double. They quickly discovered this and corrected the mistake. But still... We checked in 2 hours early, they kindly let us, but 1 room wasn't ready yet. It took them 3 hours to sort it out and I suspect they forgot...
