Villa Sleeps 12
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is spread over two levels, nestled in a magnificent 2,500-square-meter private fenced garden, ideal for relaxing and socializing in complete privacy.
The interiors offer a bright living area with a fully equipped modern induction kitchen, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The sleeping area includes four double bedrooms, as well as a charming mezzanine with an additional double bed and two single beds, for a total of 12 beds.
The property has two en-suite bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for returning from the beach.
The outdoor spaces are one of the villa's highlights, with a large furnished pergola ideal for outdoor lunches, dinners, and aperitifs, a brick barbecue, and a large, well-maintained garden that guarantees privacy and relaxation.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a wine cellar, a key-operated safe, and offers both digital and traditional key access. Four parking spaces are available within the private, fully fenced courtyard.

Important Notes:
- Groups of Young People under 30 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Only small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Mandatory security deposit: €800.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set, including single use, €20 for a single set (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site

House Rules:
- In case of inclement weather, we ask guests to remove cushions from outdoor patio furniture (otherwise they will get damaged).
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.
